How long will my AvenueSweets candy stay fresh?
Our caramels and brittle are made fresh and sealed in bags for freshness. Sealed, caramels will stay good for 4-5 months and brittle 8-10 months. After opening the bag, we suggest keeping the uneaten candy inside the bag for a longer shelf life.

Is the candy okay to refrigerate or freeze?
Yes, either is fine and will extend the shelf life. Just be sure to allow the caramels to warm to room temperature. Otherwise, they may be much firmer and less enjoyable to eat.

Do you wholesale your products for re-sale?

Do you have a retail location?
We do not have a retail store. However, you can generally visit our manufacturing location during regular business hours (M-F 9a-5p Mountain Time) and purchase our products. Just give us a call at 801-556-9788 and we'll provide directions.

Can I safely use my credit card on line with AvenueSweets?
Yes! AvenueSweets provides a safe and secure shopping experience. You can feel confident that your credit card information, name, address, e-mail and any other information you provide remains secure.

Will you share my information with others?
No. AvenueSweets will not share any private information with third parties. You may occasionally receive e-mails from AvenueSweets about products that we feel may be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive such mailings, you can remove yourself by clicking the link at the bottom of the e-mail.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will generally ship UPS Ground Service or U.S. Postal Service 2-3 Day Priority Mail. Packages will usually be shipped U.S Postal Service 2-3 Day Priority Mail at no extra charge under the following circumstances:
- When shipping to warm weather locations or during summer months.
- When shipping to P.O. Boxes.
- When shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping to Canada
Deliveries to Canada generally take 7-10 days but can vary depending the speed of the package clearing Canadian customs.

How soon after I place my order will it be shipped to me?
In most cases, orders placed before 1pm Mountain time will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, orders will be shipped the following day.

If you provide an e-mail address at the time you place your order, you will receive e-mail notification of shipment and a tracking number.

What is your return policy?
Our goal is simple: We are committed to providing you complete satisfaction. Can you incorporate my logo to personalize packaging?
Yes. We can include your logo by including a custom label with your logo on the packaging, by creating custom gift cards - or both. For information on corporate or bulk order gifts, click here.

Do you offer volume discounts for large orders?

Can you provide me with allergy information for your products?
Yes. Among the most common allergies:
(a) Nuts: All of our products are cut on equipment that is also used to cut products containing various tree nuts. In addition, our products are packaged in a facility that also packages products containing peanuts and tree nuts. Therefore, it is possible that all of our products may contain traces of nuts
(b) Dairy: We offer three dairy free caramel varieties - Golden (vanilla), Sea Salt and Sea Salt Chocolate. The remainder of our caramels and brittle contain dairy products. For a list of ingredients and nutrition information for all of our caramels and brittle, click here.
(c) Gluten: AvenueSweets Beer Brittle contains gluten. The remainder of our products are gluten free.
NOTE: If you are sending a gift, you can be assured that each product will have a list of ingredients and allergy information clearly labeled.
